COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Control Techniques DXA-450 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Grafikontrol products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tucker parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Itd product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Grafikontrol such as the G94103E3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E710 manufactured by Tucker and we are pleased to be able to service most Tucker systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EMT806R6 by Manufacturer Itd as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Accusort Brand EZReader in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Apw-Mc-Lean such as HE1516001H equipment made by Apw-Mc-Lean have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Apw-Mc-Lean products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Apw-Mc-Lean" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E12889400A made by Mettler-Toledo as well as the popular DY025DBMAA12D original spares produced by Yokogawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F8982000603 by Marposs and HE1516001H spares by Apw-Mc-Lean are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F160C10E2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
